The HobbyZone AeroScout S 2 1.1m RTF Basic is the ultimate RC trainer airplane, designed to make learning to fly easier and more enjoyable than ever before. Built with a rugged EPO foam airframe, tricycle landing gear, and a unique rear-mounted “pusher” motor setup, this aircraft provides added safety and durability for beginner pilots. It’s ideal for flying at parks, fields, or even off grass runways—and can be equipped with optional floats for flying off water.

Equipped with exclusive SAFE technology, the AeroScout S 2 features Beginner, Intermediate, and Experienced flight modes so you can learn at your own pace. With the push of a button, Panic Recovery brings the airplane back to level flight to help avoid crashes. This RTF Basic version comes with a Spektrum DXS 2.4GHz transmitter and everything you need to fly except for a compatible 3S LiPo battery and charger.

This aircraft is also telemetry-capable, providing real-time flight battery information when paired with Smart equipment. Once you’ve mastered the basics, the AeroScout is capable of performing loops, rolls, and inverted flight in Experienced mode.
