Description
The Tamiya Thunder Dragon 2021 is a re-issue of the classic 1988 Thunder Dragon buggy. The buggy utilizes shaft-driven 4WD and smooth, ground hugging suspension to create a super-fun driving experience. The stylish Thunder Dragon body which appeared in a classic R/C comic in Japan, is an exciting re-release for R/C fans of all ages and abilities. This specific kit includes a Hobbywing THW-1060 Brushed ESC for incredible performance.

- 1/10 scale R/C model assembly kit
- The chassis is based around an ABS plastic bathtub frame for excellent durability and ease of maintenance
- 4-wheel double wishbone suspension uses CVA oil shock-dampers and a front stabilizer for a superior ride
- Features shaft-driven 4WD with front and rear die-cast 3-bevel differentials for smooth, superior handling feel
- Semi-pneumatic spike tires give great grip, and are paired with large-diameter ABS wheels
- Thunder Dragon body is molded in polycarbonate, with non-canopy sections pre-painted in silver, pre-cut for convenience
- Includes a Hobbywing THW-1060 Brushed ESC
- Includes 540 brushed type motor

Brian Doll Tuesday, Aug 23 2022 (about 3 years ago) Tamiya Thunder Dragon 2021 1/10 4WD Off-Road Electric Buggy Kit Absolute nostalgia. This buggy does what it was meant for, being smiles. Is it a competitive racer, no. It is barely better than a frog but it is 4wd and that means less hang up. Get the optional universals if you can, they make it run much smoother and don’t overpower it. A BZ motor is perfect and matches the box art perfectly.
