Description

The Tamiya Thunder Shot 2022 1/10 4WD Buggy Kit follows the rerelease of the Fire Dragon, Scorcher and Thunder Dragon. This R/C model features some inherited basic specifications from Item TAM58361 with different CVA oil dampers and the addition of an aluminum motor mount, for better motor performance and structural rigidity. This specific kit includes a Hobbywing THW-1060 Brushed ESC for incredible performance.

Charles Watson Verified Owner Monday, Jan 6 2025 (10 months ago) Tamiya Thunder Shot 2022 1/10 4WD Buggy Kit Bought this kit to be a front yard beater to run with my daughters neo fighter. Just cvd’s, aluminum a5 and a superstock bz added for build. Bummer, because this car is indeed very capable, fast and not really a proper pairing for a silver equipped neo fighter. Matter of fact I have put in laps on a real indoor clay track with this ol girl. No slouch at all with a competent driver at the wheel. Amazing at how strong and capable the thundershot is. As easy to drive around a track as a b74, certianly not. Extremely fun chasing down novice drivers with this old brushed machine. Absolutely! Also, use HEAVY weight front shock oil and spring if running on any real track. View all reviews
